Haddy Dardir is a junior at Case Western Reserve University majoring in psychology and minoring in social work, social justice, and chemistry on the pre-med track. As someone of Egyptian ethnicity, Haddy has recognized the unique mental health struggles of Arab-Americans, including issues related to self-care and racism. He currently serves as co-President of his university’s chapter of National Alliance on Mental Illness on Campus (NAMI on Campus at CWRU). Hoping to fulfill his passion for public health, Haddy seeks to complete a dual B.A. and Master’s in Public Health by Spring 2027. For the rest of his time at CWRU, he hopes to continue fulfilling his passion of serving socially disadvantaged and displaced individuals. In his free time, Haddy enjoys watching YouTube videos, reading journalism, and catching up on the large pile of video games he still has yet to finish. Haddy serves on the Steve Fund Youth Ambassador Board.
