In this session, we will discuss the complex impact of the imposter phenomenon. We will dive deep into the history of the imposter phenomenon as it relates to racial trauma and institutionalized and systemic practices of discrimination. Additionally, we will discuss wellness strategies to support and uplift Black Young women by combatting and understanding how the imposter phenomenon impacts their mental health, academics, and social lives.
