This interactive workshop will equip families with strategies to foster a supportive home environment that promotes mental health. Participants will explore key components of family support, including parental involvement, secure attachment, and positive family functioning. Participants will also discuss the impact of caregiver mental health and the role of responsive caregiving in a young person’s development.
