The reporter, Amy Scott, also spoke with the Steve Fund’s Executive Director, Dr. Terri Wright. “Stigma is a huge issue in the lives of students of color and what it means to seek services and admit that I need help, when in fact I feel like, as a young person of color, that I’m already being judged differently,” Dr. Wright says in the report.
