How do I download and use the Journal?
We have created the My Happy Place Journal as an interactive Google Slides presentation for you. Follow the steps below to open, save, and use your copy of the Journal. Whether you use the journal for yourself, with your family, or let your young person create their own copy, the Journal is designed to help support mental health and emotional well-being.
- For the best user experience, please use a computer with the Google Chrome browser.
- Click the link below to open the presentation.
- Save a copy to your Google Drive (File > Make a Copy).
- Once saved, you will be able to type directly into your personal digital journal to follow the exercises. You will be able to customize the document, fonts, images and more. You
- Note: You must be signed into a Google account to make a copy.
- To Zoom in or out to better use the fields, use the percent viewing field in the Slides toolbar.
- Windows users: Press Control, Alt. and + or – at the same time.
- Mac users: Press Command, Option, and + or – at the same time.
