How should higher education institutions build structures and implement policies and practices that promote the mental health of students, faculty, and staff, particularly those from communities of color in light of the changing policy paradigm and campus changes it may spur?

Higher education administrators, faculty, and staff will learn the critical importance of inclusion and belonging to the mental health of the entire college community, and how to center them in campus and classroom environments. Now more than ever, there is a need to focus on campus culture, practices, resources, and programs to foster inclusivity and build responsive, supportive environments for all students and members of the college community, with special emphasis on members of underrepresented groups. This webinar will highlight the hallmarks of proven and effective programs, approaches, and services that support colleges and universities in creating campuses that enhance student belonging and support and sustain mental health.
